The Emerson DIGITAL is a “bit-perfect” device designed to maintain signal integrity from its RJ45 input to its AES/EBU and S/PDIF outputs. Each output employs a dedicated modulator and is optimized for its specific format. Its circuitry revolves around a bespoke internal clock powered by two ultra-low-noise phase oscillators: one for base frequencies of 44.1kHz and multiples and the other for 48kHz and multiples. These oscillators are activated individually to minimize noise and jitter, while their clock signals are carefully distributed to reduce jitter throughout the digital signal path.

Simply connect network cable from your closest network switch / router to the Emerson Digital. Output of Emerson digital use AES digital (Single Digital XLR) or Coaxial RCA (S/PIF) connect to your DAC input.
