Shipping policy

We ship to most address in Australia and to selected countries outside Australia. Please contact us if your location is not listed in the checkout page. There may be certain remote location that we are unable to ship to due to cost. When order is placed, an estimate will be provided for shipping cost. Should there be a variation to the actual freight cost, we will get in touch with you. If you choose not to proceed with additional freight charges, we simply cancel the order and refund payment made.

There may also be certain restrictions with products that are not shippable. Please contact us if unsure.

We only use reputable and reliable freight companies e.g. Sendle, Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please.

All items will be shipped without insurance. However, we can always add insurance at your cost. Please contact us for more information.
