  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.
  2. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs duties, VAT charges, or other fees incurred during the return process.
  4.  Customs and VAT: Any VAT charges, customs duties, or other related fees are non-refundable. If a return is initiated due to the customer’s failure to respond to the courier’s attempts to deliver or clear customs, or due to not scheduling a pick-up or receiving the item during delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for these charges as well as the return shipping cost.
