A Personal Note on ALLEGRO
There are moments in design when the goal is no longer to improve individual elements, but to bring everything into a single, coherent vision.
ALLEGRO was born from that idea.
From the beginning, it was conceived not as a collection of technologies, but as a unified instrument—where amplification, digital front-end, and streaming exist in complete harmony.
Each section was developed together, with a singular objective: to preserve the integrity of the musical signal from the very first bit to the final output.
What matters in the end is not complexity, but clarity.
The sense that nothing stands between you and the performance.
That music flows naturally, with its full emotional weight, its dynamic contrast, and its spatial realism intact.
ALLEGRO reflects our belief that true progress in audio is achieved through coherence, not accumulation.
When every element works as one, the result is not just better sound—it is a more direct connection to music.
This is what ALLEGRO represents.

Design Philosophy
The AGD “ALLEGRO” Integrated Amplifier represents the latest advancement in our premium Hi-End Power Amplifier lineup.
When we started developing the AGD ALLEGRO, the goal was not simply to build another integrated amplifier. It was to create something more meaningful—a single instrument capable of bringing us closer to the emotional truth of music.
With ALLEGRO, we wanted to remove every barrier between the recording and the listener—to let the music breathe, to let it feel alive.
At the heart of it is our GaN technology, which gives us incredible speed and control. But what really matters is what you hear: a sense of ease, of effortlessness.
The music flows naturally, from the smallest detail to the full energy of a live performance, without strain, without noise getting in the way.
We paid a lot of attention to every part of the design—isolating noise, refining timing, making sure each section, from the phono stage to the DAC to the headphone amplifier, performs at the highest level.
Ultimately, the ALLEGRO is designed with a specific objective: to act as a transparent conduit between recorded material and acoustic output, without imposing a sonic signature or interpretative bias.
Its performance characteristics—low noise floor, wide dynamic range, high current capability, and extended bandwidth—are not ends in themselves but means to achieve a reproduction that is both technically accurate and perceptually convincing.
The ALLEGRO does not seek to enhance or embellish the signal; rather, it strives to reveal the full depth, structure, and emotional content of the original recording.
This alignment between engineering rigor and experiential authenticity defines the core of AGD’s design philosophy and positions the ALLEGRO as a reference integrated amplifier for modern high- resolution audio systems.

Features
- New and improved GaN MOSFETs will deliver enhanced
sonic performance through an upgraded module, with a
dedicated daughter boards, easy to plug in. - New AGD-Sound Module we have retained the essential feature of an upgradable GaNSound power module.
- Customers deserve the right to maintain the value of their investment. Therefore, we offer the option to upgrade the GaN output stage module whenever a new GaN MOSFET device is introduced, providing performance and
technological improvements.
